Videos 
If you are a Global Sportz member, there are two easy ways to add videos to your profile page. You can either link to videos you have already uploaded via your favorite video provider such as YouTube, Yahoo Video, etc. Or, you can upload your edited videos directly.
Follow these easy instructions:
Link Video
If you want to create a link to videos you've uploaded to an existing video provider, please note that the following video providers are supported:
- YouTube
- Google Video
- Yahoo Video
- MySpace Video
- Flickr
- Vimeo
- Metacafe
- Blip.tv
- Dailymotion
- Break
- Live Leak
- Viddler
Click Next and paste the URL of the video in the link provided
Indicate privacy settings
Click Link Video
Upload Video
If you wish to upload your own video from your hard drive, please observe the following rules:
- The file must be smaller than 8 Mb.
- Video should not be longer than 10 minutes.
- Only the following format is supported: mpg, mpeg, avi, divx, mp4, flv, wmv, mov, asf
Click Next
Click the Browse button and select the desired video file from your hard drive
Add a title and description as desired
Indicate privacy settings
Click Upload Video
